Blue Monday, so-called the most depressing day of the year, falls on January 17th this year. it is supposedly the saddest day of the year, due to the combination of bad weather, long nights and lingering aftermath of the festive period. But this year at Cilento we plan to banish the January blues by planning a fun filled month of retail therapy and self care.
