Postage & Delivery

Orders placed after 12 noon will not be shipped until the next day.  We currently deliver to the UK & Ireland and all orders are shipped using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery with a typical delivery time of 3-4 working days.

We are currently offering FREE delivery on all orders over £100 within UK & Ireland.

Delivery is normally a fixed cost of £4.95 for one or multiple items to the UK & Ireland.

All orders are dispatched with full insurance against loss or damage.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery.

Returns Policy – for online purchases only

At Cilento we want you to be delighted with your purchase.  We hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.  Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy

If you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

All goods must be returned in the same condition as received with al packaging.  Cilento reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reason ( underwear & earrings).  Again this policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by Cilento, and we ask that customers use a track able, insured delivery service.  We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer.

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders which are processed by Cilento either on-line or by any other form of communication and form part of the contract between us.  Please read them carefully

All agreements of your offer to purchase goods are entirely subject to their availability.  Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via e-mail or web is not a guarantee of delivery.  In the event the items you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted, and alternative or a full refund offered.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT

Although every effort is made to ensure that all items are described and priced accurately, no contract is created until we have accepted your order.  In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods.

Payment

Payment for all items is required prior to dispatch.  All orders must be paid for in UK Pounds Sterling and we are currently able to accept payment by credit or debit card via our secure server.

Washing Instructions

It is your responsibility to check the washing instructions as stated by the manufacturer on each individual garment’s labels.  Any information provided by this website is given to aid the buying process only, we shall not be liable for any damage, costs or expenses caused by incorrect washing.

Trying on Items

When trying on items please ensure that you are in a smoke and scent free environment, and not wearing perfume, aftershave, or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item.  We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these guidelines have not been adhered to.

Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water.  Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch.  Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
